SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
We have partnered with the best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH
Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-5 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once it is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will inform you regarding any possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to track your order in real time.

ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually delivers a shipment in 3-4 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP-based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package which is completely beyond our control. This can incur additional charges if the package is returned back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charge will be borne by the customer to re-ship the package.

• Droplet offers free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs.999/- within India.
• There will be a shipping charge/cash-handling charge of ₹60 applicable for all COD orders within India.
